Donations help bring free healthcare to underserved populations throughout Maricopa County while also helping SCNM medical students gain skills, experience, and cultural competence working with diverse populations.

Your Donation’s Impact:

$800 provides a family of four with yearly checkups with a one-month supply of common vitamins to support general health

$400 provides a family of four with immune support for fighting off the common cold and flu

$200 provides a patient with a one-month supply of adrenal support supplements to manage stress and improve quality of sleep

SCNM Sage Foundation helps provide funding to 6 Community Clinics around the Valley where patients receive care at little to no cost. Patients are seen by 3rd and 4th year SCNM medical students and supervising physicians. Your donation provides the care, services, and supplies needed to run these clinics.
